READ CAREFULLY THE PRESENT INFORMATION REFERRING TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF OUR CONDITIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES RELATED TO THE OFFERED SERVICES
BOOKINGS
The booking of any of our programs should be done with an anticipation of 60 calendar days before the starting date of the program reserved via our e-mails; mv@olasperusurftravel.com or contactus@olasperusurftravel.com / or via fax at the following telefax number: (51) 1 2425938. In the case that the booking takes place in less than the minimum period established aforementioned (60 days), Olas Peru Surf Travel reserves the right to accept or decline the booking.
Once we are communicated of the acceptance of our program(s) and tariffs for our passengers, we will request the following information contained in the Booking Form, which you can find attached in our webpage, www.olasperusurftravel.com

PAYMENT
50% of the total cost of the booked program should be paid with 30 calendar days of anticipation before the beginning of the program in order to ensure the bookings and reservations of the services in Peru. On the other hand Olas Peru Surf Travel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. In the case that the booking takes place in less than 30 calendar days, 80% of the total cost of the booked program should be paid with a minimum anticipation of 15 calendar days before the beginning of the program, and the booking should count with the expressed approval of Olas Peru Surf Travel. The remaining payment should take place upon the arrival date of the passengers.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations should be remitted by hand via the following terms:
The cancellation will be accepted without charge as long as it takes place with an anticipation of no less than 50 calendar days before the beginning of the booked program. If the cancellation takes place 30 days before the beginning of the program, 40% of the total amount deposited will be charged. If the cancellation takes place 15 days before the beginning of the program, 70% of the total amount deposited will be charged.
REFUNDS
There will be no refunds in case of trip cancellations if such cancellation is done untimely, seven or less days before the beginning of the booked program, whatever the reason, and without previous communication.
No refunds will be given in case that any passenger abandons the trip either voluntarily or not. No refunds for accommodation, transport, activity, meals or services not used will be given.
This will signify the payment of 100% of the total amount of the booked program and additional services if the case applies.
RESPONSABILITIES
OLAS PERU SURF TRAVEL acts as intermediary of the provided transport services (land, air, maritime), accommodation, (Hotels – Hostels – Lodges), restaurants, airlines and other companies and/or individual service providers.
Even though our business is committed in taking the most care and precaution possible of all services during the development of the program, it must be clear that it is not responsible of alien situations that may take place; personal injuries, accidents, delays, cancellations, loss and damage of personal belongings, bad weather, social agitation, etc; or any other irregularities that could occur during the development of the program, caused either non deliberately, through negligent acts, or omissions by part of the individual companies involved in the program.
OLAS PERU SURF TRAVEL, does not take any responsibility for omissions, delays, damage, additional costs or other events that occur as a result of the improper documentation of passengers and/or any act from government authorities, that could bring as consequence the cancellation and / or modification of the program.
INSURANCE
All passengers must acquire basic traveler and medical insurance, enough to cover accidents, loss of personal belongings and/or luggage, as well as insurance for medical assistance and medicines, previous to the departure from your home country. If an individual passenger or member of a group becomes ill or uncapable, we will take care of him/her through a qualified doctor for his/her assistance, in which case the expenses caused by such event will be assumed by our clients (passengers). We do not include a Traveler/Medical or Accident insurance policy in our tariffs.
Regarding the Programs
OLAS PERU SURF TRAVEL (the Tour Operator), reserves the right to modify the program and/or services whenever necessary for the optiimal development of the program. This could take place in the case of delayed or cancelled flights, bad weather, changes in the scheduled visiting hours of the different centers to be visited and/or determined services from the individual service providers, strikes, vandalism, etc; or any other event or situation that will signify problems or risks to the integrity of our passengers.
